Mack organised the bullets in neat rows, firearms and knives and other white weapons were organised in similar neat fashion. All polished. The sharp objects were properly sharpened. Mack herself was a weapon, but she liked the safety of being able to grab any of them.

In the other room, as neatly organised and carefully kept, her silly collection of plushies slept. Many of them given by Jace, who never judge why his daughter-not-daughter kept them as an adult with the reputation of a borderline killing machine.

She just liked it all, rows of shiny weapons and soft stuffed animals.
